My experience here is that some of the real estate office get a "cheat" sheet early and are able to preview the homes with their investors prior to the auctions and know which ones they are going to bid on before the Austin. The average Joe has almost no chance at all in obtaining any of the worthwhile properties.

Danny - With these, anyone interested can view before the auction.  Most of the time it is the "average Joe" that is the buyer.
