Asset Management & Recovery: I Told You So, but .......

It's might not make me any money, but this email made me feel pretty good this morning.  It came from a prominent executive in town and references his cousin hiring my biggest competitor.

R. B. (name hidden) saw me and told me what a disaster R. M. was on his properties and told me that he wished that he had hired you as I had suggested.

Well, Mr. B., if he packs up and leaves now I can still help !!

Glad to hear those comments but until they switch, nothing in it for you.  Also the property is now "stale" since it has been sitting on the market.  Hard to be the second or third or fourth agent in.

Phyllis - Just one more bank with 20 REO a year pissed at their current vendor.  Even if we don't get picked up on this one, we will now get the future projects.  I'm 36.  I can wait.
