Hi all. I have a new project coming up for about 12 units around Cambridge Ohio, 43725 where I am going to be appointed by the Court as receiver, but my brokerage is pretty far away from the town. I'll deal with the Court, but I think I am too far away to do the field work.
Some single family and it looks like 1 or 2 fourplexes. Eventually we are going to need to sell them and may take them to auction. Right now I need a property manager who may also be able to get listings.
I don't know much except addresses. I looked on REO Network and found a couple of possibilities, but would like to see if I can get an AR member to be involved.
I really want someone within 10 +/- miles of the zip code if possible.
Please email me at rfk@gryphonusa.com or post here if interested and available.

Rich,
I smell a road trip!!! I can take a day and go do the preliminary assessments if needed. After that, we can complete any initial preservation tasks. Just say the word!
Rich,
Sent you an email last week. I know you posted this on 3/4/08 but thought I would check on the status of this project. I am in Cambridge and a full time agent for eight years. I don't do any property management, but would certainly like the opportunity to list. I would be glad to help wherever I can. Just let me know!
Rich--you trust REoNetwork, I think they are bogus! They only care about taking the monthly advertising fee and not about the ethics or honesty of the agent. That has been my experience with them, and I would not want to be associated with them---there are so many out there---they will soon be out of business--I hope!
Did you every find your porperty manager?
