You go Rich! Sell that bad boy!  I'm now working for a brokerage that does auctions, but I still have to learn about the process. I keep forgetting to ask. They don't seem to be pushing them as much as they used to.

Auctions are becoming more popular all over the US for all types of property.  This particular home is owned by the top producer in the neighborhood.  He is learning the process on his own home.  Additionally, banks are looking at the method more and more due to the foreclosure mess.  There was a 20 minutes segment on foreclosure auctions on CNN yesterday.

I love the flyer - and the home looks so great.... let us know how it turns out.  We had a home up for auction last month... I need to go see how it turned out.... thanks for the reminder - a great thing to blog about.... can we open this refrigerator?
