Asset Management & Recovery: I Need REO Help in Ohio

Gryphon USA, Ltd services clients through Gryphon Asset Management, Gryphon Realty Advisors and Gryphon Auction Group. Gryphon Asset Management manages operating entities and undertakes liquidation management in numerous business lines. Gryphon Realty Advisors is comprised of three divisions all working together; Residential, Commercial and Management. Projects range from single family investments and owner occupant reresentation to apartments and commercial complex disposition. I Need REO Help in Ohio

Good morning all.  As many of you know, much of my business is outside of the role of the traditional real estate agent.  In fact, much of my work is as a State Court Receiver. 

In the past 3 months I have been approached to undertake transactions in Dayton, Cleveland and Newark even though I am in Columbus.  They may come through.  They may not.

Many of my projects involve residential real estate and some involve commercial.  The properties are usually in fairly bad shape.  Sometimes they have tenants and sometimes not.

Hello Rich,

I understand your pain.  We work with REO's in the Cleveland area.  Mostly, with getting them sold after they have been foreclosed on.  We have also dealt with Short Sales and are seeing an increase in both.

We would love to help, but probably don't have the experience that you are looking for.  If you would consider working with 2 very professional, motivated Realtors in Cleveland let me know.

Rich and David, If you are looking for buyers of those residential and commercial REO's in Cleveland, give me a shout. I do alot of wholesaling and can move anything that is a good deal.
